Original WWII German Wounded Sick Tag RARE

This is a rare WWII German soldiers tag for soldiers that were killed in action, wounded, or sick.

The tags were fastened through the second button hole of the coat or shirt.

EXTREMELY RARE and hard to find. This particular tag was a veteran repatriation.
