Creepy Ceramic Doll Head Haunted?

Here we have a creepy ceramic doll head in awesome condition (other than missing it’s body!)

There is a weight system inside the head which allows the eyes to move freely.

It’s really odd – the eyes seem to follow you around the room!

Not really sure about the age, but, we would estimate early 1940’s based on the composition.
