Antique Last Rites/Sick Call Crucifix

This is a gorgeous old Catholic sick call crucifix. Made of a heavy, dense wood grain material. Looks fantastic!

They originally were kept in Catholic homes so that in the event of illness or death, a priest had all the tools needed to perform the sacrifice of Last Rites. As with all older items, some signs of wear and use are present.  This does not detract from the appearance or collectible nature of this piece.

This vintage piece is approximately 60 years old. There appears to be very slight damage to the bottom which appears to have been repaired at some point.

The entire cross opens to reveal the holy water bottle and candles , spoon & cloth. Candle has been used.
